I'm sure you just call him Ted.
Back when I was 21 (and knew everything 
), this respectable guy about 40 plus rocked up at my office and hung around, giving me a little advice etc, he was a successful estate agent on the side. I was wondering why he pitched up and was so interested in helping me...then he tried to sell me his mentorship program.
"I was like hell no" (cause I knew everything of course!) It really put me off at the time.
But looking back now , it would've been great thing to do. I wish I had done it.
-not that I've made mistakes, but because I've learned it's great to network and learn from others.
