The Ryzen 1600X desktop CPU surprised me though, 6GHz stable on a cheap air cooler with just the Asus AI suite doing the OC.

You didn't just win the silicon lottery, you bankrupted it.

/or you meant to type 4Ghz.

6600K for me...will be looking for more threads next time around so Ryzen is on the horizon.

Many years ago it used to be a AMD before switching to Intel i5 2500k, now later during the next few months when I upgrade my PC I will try out the Ryzen CPU
