Since my recent trip to Tibet, have taken on Tuvan throat singing as a hobby.

Tuvan Throat Singing has 3 main distinctions; Sygyt, Khoomei and Kargyraa. In order of highest pitch to lowest pitch.
Still struggle with Kargyraa but Khoomei and Sygyt are quiet enjoyable and the love the way my body feels when I do it. Also find it quiet spiritual and relaxing.

Yes good point! I believe if you over do it, you can developer GERD, have had a ticklish throat a few times. Have learnt to do little by little and in moderation!

This. The only thing interesting so far is the sticks that comes back after being thrown.
