Cons:

Uninspired, difficult to tell a story with, boring to animate. Lacks negative imagery or extended meaning. Barely functional, and hard to read at a glance. Scaling it down as branding would destroy the "subtle" details and thin out the outlines too much. Width to height ratio is off, and adding any form of text around the logo would throw the visual balance and vertical rhythm out.

Pros:

Small file size when vectorised, oh wait no, the letter b screws that up too.

Glad I didn't have to redesign this...
