Do you make your own vinegar?

Dates balsamic vinegar is the best. I've got a few other ones I've made which are really good: lichi, mango and lime

Actually... @saor is our local in le / in gelegte expert of I remember correct.

Never even occured to me. I only use white vinegar for chips. No balsamic or wine vinegar: they are far too hedonistic for me.

Why? Rather easy to make decent vinegar yourself. Initially this was a by product of making cheap siders which I focused on later. Basically: Cause a ferment -> let the ferment turn into vinegar -> bottle

Lime vinegar is the best for chips. Balsamic I use to prep mushrooms and or onions.

Dunno, one of those things I did once & never really bothered with again. We get nice unfiltered apple cider in shops in SA.
