Do you make your own vinegar?

Haha I also brew my own beer :) But I like anything fermentation related, including sourdough etc.

To make vinegar is on the "to ferment list"

Well... the only right thing to do is blame you.

Going to the cow house for beer and coffee. I should get my micro/mini brewery up and running, just still knee-deep in work-kak.

It really is an awesome location with great beer!

Try get some of the stout bottles for home later.

Haha just upgraded my set up now I keg and have three taps as well :) haha basically a taproom

Dates balsamic vinegar is the best. I've got a few other ones I've made which are really good: lichi, mango and lime

Actually... @saor is our local in le / in gelegte expert of I remember correct.
No man throw some recipes lets see if the price of bought vin justifies the effort and gestation period when making it myself..

No I've been buying beans and grinding them myself for over 6 years, also had some boiled eggs, balsamic reduction & not the bagel seasoning on toast this morning.

One is not necessarily a troglodyte if one happens to buy one's indulgences instead of learning to make them oneself, you assumptious germane hippy.
