This is the full extend of my crypto portfolio

I have about R1.5m in crypoto. I have about R1.1m in crypto. I have about R800k in crypto. I have about R1.2m in crypto. I have R500k in crypto.

Kidding aside, I have 1.15 BTC I bought for less than R10k ~10 years ago. I've just held onto it since then, "investing" in the long term.

When BCH split off from BTC, I ended up with 1.15 BCH as well, which I eventually sold for 0.33532 ETH because BCH was going nowhere.

I don't have the nerve to actively trade, and the one time I did, I lost.

Few years back I wanted to put R100K into this before the recovery, but chicken out. Should have done it would have gone up 300% would have been a nice little bonus.

Does crypto form a large or small part of your investments? I would struggle to have more than a few percent exposure with the volatility

It is by far the largest single asset in my portfolio, but also the one I have contributed to the least. Basically a 15000% growth over 10 years, even with all the ups and downs. I don't really consider it an asset though, more of a curiosity. I bought it with the idea of seeing what it would look like in 40 years, not because I believed it would bring me financial freedom.

I also hold a small amount of crypto via the EC10 ETF with EasyEquities. I consider that to be part of my actual investments, albeit a much, much smaller portion of them.
