yes, but I don’t want to anymore. The current situation is not confidence inspiring for property owners
Depends where. If you can get hold of a full title freestanding in a new development with reasonable land prices, doing what YOU want is cheaper than trying to make a standard house what YOU want, unless you only plan to be slightly differentIsn't building a house more expensive than buying and renovating?
Wise choice. Yes it's fun, but at the end all one really need is a radio and two airbags just in case. A scorro scorro for when it rains and a older Cbr when you want to feel the air rushing by as you drive to indulge in some more lobster after you came from the spaI had to make a choice turning 40... buy an new audi R8 or another property....
I went the brick way!
How does this work if you don't mind me asking? Why would the Chinese own it?Other: Std Bank is the collector of my monthly payments, but the loan has been sold to the Chinese, but the loan agreement state, that should I default, Std Bank on behalf of the Chinese will repossessed my home.
There was a court case where the bank repossesed a person home, he won it because, they sold the loan to the chinese, his argument was that the bank could not repossess as they gave up their rights when they sold the loan. How does this work if you don't mind me asking? Why would the Chinese own it?
I live with my wife in her house.
