Do you rely on facial recognition features to unlock your smartphone?

I wonder if there has been instances of a suspected criminal/terrorist/whatevers phone being opened by law enforcement by pointing it at their face?

Using Face unlock on the 1+3 - pretty good but can be annoying if you just want to check out notifications without unlocking

I do, its so cool.

But now the NSA has my mug on file, which sucks. lmao

I don't have a phone fancy enough to have that feature, I do use the fingerprint thingymabob to unlock though.

Don't have that on my midrange phone. Fingerprint, pattern and code get used to unlock phone and apps.

Yip same prob with me on my OnePlus 5, it unlocks even if you look for the time. I disabled it and use the finger print only now. its cool to have i suppose but yeah like you said a bit annoying.

Facial recognition is annoying as you don't always want to unlock the phone. I prefer the fingerprint reader over facial recognition.

My cheapass meizu got facial recognition about 3 months ago via a ota firmware update.

No, my phone doesn't even have a password.
