Nothing beats the feeling of someone spotting a Omega on your wrist and admiring the exquisite engineering, compared to wearing a smartwatch with a suit and looking like a real tit with a casio calculator strapped to your wrist. No electronics can replace the timeless elegance of a quality mechanical European watch, especially not something used to falling from trees.
I think it's the nose in the air and the attitude people can't miss. Leave the watch at home one day and you won't notice a difference.

Fitbit Versa
works well i suppose.
Got it for cheap and had zero expectations for it.

I would hate to bother with a watch that needs to be charged everyday. Imagine needing to know the time at 5mins to midnight and the watch is flat and your phone is dead...

Garmin Vivoactive (6 I think)

Used to have a Fitbit Versa 2 which was great for workouts and everyday but I got fed up with fighting to pair it with the phone GPS for runs so got the Garmin for the built in GPS. Garmin app also better than the Fitbit. Was very tempted with the Huawei GT2 but in the end I got the Garmin on Vitality.

Yup Apple Watch.

Never thought I needed one as I didn’t wear a normal watch for many years before getting one due to the inconvenience when riding a motorcycle.

So eBucks helped buy a Series 3 at 40% off and 2 years later when the Series 5 went on the same sale I decided bigger is better and happier for it.

On one hand I can’t live without it, on the other I still wouldn’t pay real money for it.
