Are you too particular about your car to let someone else wash it, or do you leave it to the pros?

Same, rain washed... though I usually dry it. Dark red, so dust isn't as noticeable.

Car wash once or twice a year though.

I do it myself at home (for 15 years now) which is why the paint is still in great condition with minimum swirl marks. Though I don't wash it often. Maybe once in 2-3 months. I'd rather it look a bit dirty than have permanent paint damage from car washes. Whenever I want/need it to look great, I wash it.

DIY.

Although I've gotten less and less particular about it and these days it's high pressure washer with foam cannon and a sealant afterwards.

The sealant goes a very long way to not having to do it again too often unless it's a case of having gone through mud/sand etc.

Very rarely go down into the polish and wax route, maybe once a year.

That being said if it happens once a month between the bike and car I would be surprise, probably more like every other month.

Both gets washed by the dealership of course when they go in for services.

I take it for a wash once a month, but wash-n-go, then I take it on the N1 for a spirited drive. Dries the car, and clears the DPF.

Rain mostly. But we don't get that much rain here and we have had water restrictions for longer than I can remember where the municipal by-laws has made it illegal to use a hose pipe.

But I take it to a car wash every 4-6 months which does a "hand wash" I guess plus power sprayer type of thing at my filling station. Pay a bit extra for them to do a quick polish - not great work, but better than nothing I guess.
This includes the inside vacuum and cleaning.

I don’t wash it. And there’s so much dirt from the years that the rain has no effect either.

Mishmash.

Used to wash with the kids helping but they are too far away now so I either wash it myself if I want a proper job (wash, wax, leather care, tyres, plastics etc each get their own attention) or get the security guard at work to give it a wash for R50.
