An announcement about plans to develop strategies that would clear the way for proposals that would result in colloquiums about more people having affordable telecoms access in South Africa whilst singing the praises of what a darn fine job the SA DoC is doing to expedite the process with bullsh1t progress reports to bolster the lie.
All this while (not so behind the scenes) a privileged few are making truck loads of money at the expense of the majority that have to endure this digital apartheid that is being sanctioned by the government and their cronies.
