DoC Colloquium on Telecoms Costs kicks off today

Frankly, I'm tired as a consumer of all these meetings and nothing gets done. Maybe....just maybe this
one will be different... ;)

Any ways to get this event on video? For us consumers, and for DoC to be held accountable for what they say.

So here we are, fast approaching dec 2005 and still DoC has done nothing but talk, ICASA not even barking and it seems Ivy is happy. I am getting frustrated at this pathetic gov. Yes you are in charge. So far all the Colloquium's have done from what i've seen is re-highlight the problem with companys as expected not very receptive DUH. So i guess we won't be seeing anything happen till nxt yr feb or march cause the gov gonna take a break soon. yah the stress of talking is hard.

So much for action. Guess this is gonna be like the Hiv/aid problem with the health dept. first they discuss the existance of aids and then after enough people have died accept that is occuring and then still debate over treating.. god guess we have to wait until we in a bigger hole and far enough behind the rest of africa let alone the world.
 
its absolutely no surprise - the rest of South Africa is going backwards, Telecommunication is but just a fraction of it. Government is too corrupt to do anything about anything!.
