You can't just ask this question here, expecting 90% of the idiots on this forum to answer.

but i will guide you..

You will need to provide:
1. 3-6 months bank statements (attach your latest bank confirmation letter one time).
2. Proof of Res
3. ID copies (certify to be safe)
4. On your letterhead stating what contract you want to apply for
5. CIPC doc
6. complete their business application doc (which will tell you what supporting docs you must provide)

You get vetted, wait a few days and then you'll get your answer.
