doctors orders steroids

I have been at hospital this week due to my shoulder as you all know.
My prescription which i got was steroids....for a month before i go into surgery

I should take one a day.....R18 a pop......
Has anyone had these before....i feel like superman

There is a difference between steroids and anabolic steroids. Some of the standard painkillers have some steroidish stuff in them too...but they have nothing to do with what the juicers use.

I know its not anabolic...i used that before years ..many years ago..Just feel kinda great feel kinda legala legal superman.
