Background...
We are a small office 6 staff, we travel to remote areas with average 3G access but we need to access crucial documents while away. We generate a huge amount of paper and have ISO policies and documents that need to be completed for all aspects of work from receiving a document to submitting a report etc.
I've done some reading on Document Management Systems and Workflow processes, they seem simple to operate but a huge effort to setup.
Are there local companies out there that can come evaluate and provide a solution? Any reviews on suggestions would be appreciated.
