document scanning

I want to implement a document scanning solution whereby the system is set up to have preset operations, where to store the documents and whom to mail them to, and then can then operate automatically. It is for a small business and needs to be cost effective
Anyone had any experience and know which device to buy. Epson, HP.

Even mid-range HP Officejet can do this.
Mine is the machine at home, Officejet 6700. Load document, select recipient, press scan, and off it goes.
It had that feature out the box. I see even newer HPs can do this
