Does Afrihost Customer service still exist ?

I've been having trouble with Afrihost since last week Thursday to sort out my Fixed Wireless service. They take so long to respond and the Live Chat is not working today.

I have provided them with proof of payment on my fixed wireless service.

I must say this is some of the worst customer service I've received from anybody.

Not a chance - by the amount of negative threads that pop up daily they will need to expand the spin department in addition to support teams

I am really sorry about the poor experience you had. I've asked one of our accounts supervisors to look into this and allocate the payment you made so you can be re-activated.
