Does any remember a show on SABC 2

It was about these kids that go into this world where like killer robot kinda bugs would like wamt to kill them but they had to survive I remember it was on a Tuesday they like go from the normal world to this robot digtal world

It was called Reboot I think. There is a reboot of Reboot on Netflix now, and it's terrible The original show hasn't aged well based on what I saw when I looked for it a while back, so I am just letting the good memories of watching that show when I was in school stay memories.

It was like animation but the characters if I can recall they where like normal skin color they just where in a idk if it was a game or what but they had to fight these robot things and the world was like digital in a way

I know this is an old post, but sounds like Reboot to me too.
I want to hijack the post now hoping someone can help me cause I've also been looking for the name of a sabc kids show oe for years and im sure it came on after reboot or either replaced it... Cant remember much though.
Had a dark theme.. If im not mistaken the main bad guys name was roth, possibly also something to do with a type of sport or game

During the week at 5pm on Tube. Same time as Xena, Hercules, Sliders, Cybernet and a few other things? It was supposed to compete with open time.
Cybernet used to be on Fridays 5pm which was the same time Buffy or Angel was on. Sliders was on Wednesdays which also was on the same time as another show I used to watch on Mnet.

I think only the 2nd last season was broadcast during on a weekday, SABC didn't show the final season of Reboot at all.

I remember Reboots initial run was on a Saturday, either at 11am or 1pm. SABC 1 used to have decent cartoons in the morning. (This was pretty Disney)
It only when Enzo became Matrix that the show went to the weekday timeslot and only aired 2 years after the infamous Mortal Kombat episode.
