I have come across a few threads regarding a sudden (and dramatic) increase in MTN data monthly bills. But there seems to be no comment from anyone at MTN on any of these posts.
As I have had the same problem - and have also received NO joy from dealing with 808 and it's offshoots - I am really surprised that no staff member has leapt to the network's defence.
Is there anyone out there from MTN that watches this site?
