Does anyone from MTN Data Billing watch these threads?

I have come across a few threads regarding a sudden (and dramatic) increase in MTN data monthly bills. But there seems to be no comment from anyone at MTN on any of these posts.

As I have had the same problem - and have also received NO joy from dealing with 808 and it's offshoots - I am really surprised that no staff member has leapt to the network's defence.

Is there anyone out there from MTN that watches this site?

Well, when you say "allot of us" does that mean that you are a staff member ?

I have recieved your PM and will look into it for you. Before I do pls just note that we have investigated 100's of these claims and all of them where 100% correct. I don't want to get your hopes up.

I used to be the sole person responsible for Data and data billing on the MTNSP side. I have however moved to bigger things but will help you where I can. I'll give it a look and get reports if required.
