Does anyone have the INNOV8???

It's R3800 pay in on a top up 315!!!! That's way too expensive. I will port to Mtn. The cash price is R9200 and R11200 for the n96. There is something amiss in the vodacom procurement division. I'm sure of it

You sure? , Im only paying in R2550 on my talk 130

Just change your contract to a talk 120 or talk 130. Then put a "limit" on the phone bill to like 400 bucks (or according to your budget)
I hate top-up contracts. (just moved from mine). I also had a Top-Up 315s and by the second week of every month I had finished all the ca$h. Honestly, last month I think I paid an extra +-R550, after my 315 had been used.

Try Cellucity.co.za, some of their stores have Innov8's.
 
Yeah. forget my previous post. Its actually R3499 on a upgrade to Talk 130.
Which is exactly what I did. But TRUST ME...TOTALLY WORTH IT... if you can afford it.:D
 
I was beginning to stress.....thought they ripped me off :)
So you enjoying the phone? Have you found any nifty apps or tricks or something?

i can afford it, but just thinking pay in on the phone is too much ... :( ... would rather buy it cash then as im sure you will get someone selling it for R5k or so in due time
 
Not yet hey. still getting to grips with the "black beast" lol.
camera rocks though! I cant seem get my PC Route 66 sync program to "sync" with the phone (I want to download other voices and speed camera's)

A prompt comes up:
"Device not connected to PC"

WTF>>> IT IS!

nixh... can you check and see if you having the same prob?

EDIT: Nevermind. Fixed the prob :)

I have only added the speed cameras. It is basically a file with landmarks that you save and then you create a category named Speed Cameras and add them all to the category.I still have to figure out how to add another category icon though. I haven't installed garmin. For now I am happy with route 66.

man!!!! think im gonna take the plunge getting the phone ... R3800 .... mmmm.... to buy or not to buy ....

so it comes with both garmin and route 66?
 
No it only comes with route 66 but in that thread that I posted it tells you how to install garmin and provides links to all the necessary files.

Yes, Route 66, is not bad at all. On another topic, Nixh, how do you convert DVD's into Divx files???:) Im clueless!

Oh yes, also comes with Google Maps if you dig that.
