HI, Does anyone know if the email website "webmail.co.za" is currently Down 30 Aug 2018?

I have been trying since last Sunday 26/08/2018 to access my business and personal webmail.co.za. accounts but keep getting a error message "Can't Log into your account - Try again Later".

But when I try to log into my brothers webmail account it works, so no a faulty pc setting.

Does this mean the webmail.co.za server is down or my webmail accounts are blocked.

No contact numbers on webmail.co.za available anywhere only a contact form to be completed, which I have completed a plenty over the last week with no replies whatsoever.
I Even tried to google their address or Holding Company Name, but none could be found.

Does anyone know the following for webmail.co.za:
1. Their contact numbers.
2. Their Holding Company Name or Contact Numbers.
3. The Hosting Server Provider for webmail.co.za
4. Their Managing Directors name or contact number.
5. Any other info or way that can help me to contact their support centre.

I am desperate as my business account is with webmail.co.za and will be losing clients shortly if I cant access my emails.

I am not a Tech Bof, but read somewhere I could use Gmail to read my webmail emails, but would need my current webmail POP3 & SMPT settings to set it up within Gmail, which seems I can only obtain by logging into my webmail account, which is not possible currently. Any other ideas, who ells I can obtain my current webmail account settings for a successful gmail setup.

Any productive replies will be welcome.

I have started experiencing the same problem today 4 September 2018. Does anyone on the forum have any information. Can MyBroadband provide some assistance?

Doubt there's much you can do. I'd strongly recommend leaving webmail.co.za - they're terrible, security has been poor etc etc etc. Move to something like Google for business mail or find a company specialising in mail.

Apart from their Support form I can't find much. Maybe try calling these numbers listed on their WHOIS?

Looks like they're also hosting with the cheapest possible host in France. Steer clear.
