Webmail.co.za Hacked

Hey everyone, not sure if this is the correct forum, but I think my webmail.co.za account has been hacked.

I woke up this morning to several password reset emails to all the services that I use. I have 2FA on most of these, so the attacker wasn't able to do anything with my accounts though. A friend from work also received some password reset emails. We've never emailed each other, or even signed up to the same sites, so doubt it's related.

Has anyone else who uses webmail seen anything similar?
 
Why not contact Webmail?

Instead of specially creating an account here to ask a question.

I think he's trying to find out if anyone else was affected, as it would be a good indication of whether Wedmail has been compromised.
 
I'm amazed that there are TWO people that are using webmail and they even know each other...
 
I've logged in now and apart of tons of spam mail, no password reset requests in the last 3 months or so.

I have, and they're useless. They basically just said that I must have been phished, which I'm very sure I haven't.
Created this account as a throwaway, to hide the shame of using a webmail address from my real MyBB identity :crylaugh:

LOL @ The Shame.

Time to change maybe?
 
So update on this.

I created a new webmail account, just to test. I've received 30+ phishing and spam emails. I never used this email to sign up for anything. When searching for it online, I found it on http://www.email-database.info

So it looks to me like webmail.co.za is selling or leaking emails.
 
I use webmail as my primary email, no problems

I would have to change all my stuff to a different email and I'm just not in the mood for that.

Also it has served its purpose for the almost 20 years I've been using it
