Yeah that's a firm no.Please send wife's best friends number. Need clarity on something.
I started wearing them about 2 years ago, mainly due to COVID and the mandatory wearing of masks which caused my spectacles to mist up...I went to try out contacts the other day as I want to ditch glasses and it is not easy to get LASIK where i am.
Putting them on and taking them off was a challenge. The thought of touching my eyes is also something that scares me. It felt great to be able to see properly without glasses but I still cannot put them on and take them off on my own and so will probably have to go back and practice for a while.
For those that use contacts, how long did it take you to get comfortable putting them on and taking them off?
I am expecting a backlash here, but I use my monthlies until they are uncomfortable or tear... Current set is going for 3 months already... I just take care to always wash my hands before taking them out or putting it in and put new "juice" in the holder before storing them.Does anyone use daily lenses (that you dispose of each day)? I'm considering getting them because I don't wear contact lenses every day, only probably 8-12 days per month.
With monthly lenses once you open them they only last a month and then you're supposed to throw them away, but with daily I could just use a pair when I needed them, and it may be more cost effective.
Agree. Been wearing contacts for ...... over 15 years. A "monthly" pair easily lasts 3 months.I am expecting a backlash here, but I use my monthlies until they are uncomfortable or tear... I wear mine every day, except for Saturdays and Sundays.
