does BroadbandICTHoldings officially represent iBurst?

I have read alot of posts where this character says so much yet so little. Throws little gems that can be picked up by phoning any iBurst technician.

What i guess i would like to know from anyone or BroadbandICTHoldings (BICTH) is if he represents iBurst or is just some nitwit looking to cause uneccessary trouble when anyone complains about iBursts lack of credible service?

Yep..would do.
He belives in the technology, thats one thing.

But he said he is only a something partner of Iburst.
He might be a bit higher up than just a reseller, but I dont *think* he officially represents Iburst at all.
