Does having car insurance contributes to reckless driving?

I think that having insurance MAKES you drive more carefully. Ever noticed what happens when you make a claim? You pay more per month and that should put you off any risky stunts.

Also, you might be minding your own business when some drunk judge in his S-type Jaq crashes into you and since he is a judge and has loads of money (and works for the ruiling party) they will simply make it look like it was your fault because you did not have insurance.
