Does MTN and Vodacom offer onsite support for Data cards?

I know Vodacom does. If you log a call via 082 111 or 082 155, they should send a technician out to your premises to test signal levels, update software, or check data cards. Well....if you're lucky enough to get that far...

I have seen some of the modems ship with an included one-time call out voucher.
