Does my car need a service?

Last service was 03/2015 on 43000km
It's now 12/2016 on 55000km

Does it need a service?

If so, should I take it to Ford (it's a Figo), or elsewhere?

If elsewhere, then where in the Southern Suburbs CPT?

Take it for a service. The agents might be more expensive, but you won't have any issues with the warranty if something goes wrong.

Should have been serviced on 03/2016 regardless of distance traveled.
Manual says so too.

The engine oil deteriorates, you run the risk of sludging.
