Does Ramaphosa read or memorise his speech?

you could clearly see Cyrils eyes going left and right as he was reading from the teleprompter

What an unbelievable thread. The levels of ignorance out there just seem to never seem to bottom out.
You must be at least 60, so because of your superior intellect, you reckon OP is ignorant for not knowing what a teleprompter is? Further, do you propose nobody should ask questions they don't know the answer to on here?

The only ignorant one is you, buddy.

Exclamation marks [!]
Exclamation marks act as a full stop. An exclamation mark is most often used to show shock, surprise, horror or pleasure. As with full stops you do not put a space before an exclamation mark, but you do need at least one space after one (two spaces for purists).

How's that own goal treating you?

I doubt there can be a script on the desktop???

Otherwise, this guy is really intelligent; to remember the order, and speak so eloquently.....

I was thinking the whole time during his speech about our previous imbecile president, imagine Zuma had to do that speech, he would still be busy reading that.

Reading or not, imagine how long the address would have taken if Zuma were still in charge?
He'd still be trying to read the figures.

+ many on this.

JZ couldn't read fast enough to use one. That's why he bumbled through all his speeches written on paper

On the contrary, the only one with a real question was OP, and his question was answered immediately in the very next post. He had a legitimate "I don't know" question. He is excluded from my statement. That should have been the end of the debate here.

It is the rest of this thread that reveals the true depths of ignorance that exists in modern society.

Apologies. I do stand corrected.

I don't know hey. There were times when he stuttered slightly, so that tells me he isn't reading it, totally memorized. The man must have an incredible memory.
Seemed more a mispronounce than a stutter to me suggesting it was been read.

Cool, I stand chastised if the message applied to me - thank you, and please do feel free to contact me either privately or publicly should you feel that I have added to the depths of ignorance or vice versa.
Please don't be offended should I not respond. This is not intended as personal attack on you, and should not be taken as a sign that I am dis interested, its just that I sometimes just don't respond to messages, although I do appreciate them - very much.

Of course, if the message did not apply to me, then ignore the ramblings above as those of a chap whom you have never met, and who may or may not be sort of person with whom you may or may not acquaint yourself. You may of course judge me anyway if you so choose, that's both your right and your prerogative.

Now, back to ignorant bliss ...
Frankly I have no idea whether the chap reads or learns his speeches, neither do I give a rats rump - either way, I dont listen to them.

There's a tentwo % chance he reads it but should probably use glasses or it should be closer.
