Does Rooibos contain Vitamin D?

My wife is on treatment which needs to restrict vitamin D, but we're finding it hard to find out conclusively on the web...does anyone know???

Any advice is much appreciated!!

Yes mostly, or covered, or with zinc oxide sunblock. She has chronic inflammatory disease, and it is quite a rough ride :-(

What other hot drinks can be suggested, that don't contain caffeine or vitamin D? (Caffeine causes bad anxiety, even the tiny bit from decaf coffee)

Do you mean thiopurine treatment? Generally vitamin D helps to reduce inflammation. I don't know much about this but I am under the impression that thiopurines increase the risk of non-melanoma skin cancer which is why you need to avoid going out in the sun. I thought it was considered beneficial to then supplement with vitamin D.
