This month, I have only used 2.5GB of my 5GB Cap from TelkomInternet.

Does TelkomInternet carry over the unused cap and add it to next month's cap?

Don't knock TI - most ISP capped accounts do not roll over unless it's the expensive voucher type eg: axxess prepaid http://www.axxess.co.za/vouchers.php
