Does this count (over allocated)

Ok, now I have been "good" and ended up using 200mb over my local allocation. I have 20GB allowence, now is Telkom gonna charge me for an extra GB even though I have only used 200mb extra?

Yes unfortunetly yes. its charged per GB or part there off. So I would use the complete gb since you are going to be paying 4 it!
