Does Vodacom train their staff?

I have been to 3 vodacom stores today and each one has an iota of more information than the next, their advise on upgrades, handsets etc is just so confusing and misinformed, then when you question which package you should be changing to based on usage then they go off on another tangent but still with no clear solution, the real frustration comes when you pick up one of their brochures and then there are packages and phones never mentioned during the initial discussion.

Does vodacom honestly train their staff? do they go on courses to increase their skills base or do they learn everything on the job? Where do you guys think is the most jacked vodacom store in cape town?

i tried to get sim upgrade from east gate. they are idiots. and i still don't have the sim card i need.

Look around the store and see if you see some sort of promotion flyer.
Then ask the employees some sort of question relating to that promotion 9without indicating towards the flyer) and see if they are aware of it.
If you find one who is, then that must be the smart one.

There is always an intelligent one in the store, you just need to find him.

so why can't they have them wear different t-shirts? an IQ reading on a cap or something? doesn't have to be exact, just single or double digit to differentiate.
 
Ive only ever had a good experience from the Constantia village VC. Its always the same guy though so that probably why
