A domain is in the region of R50 for a .co.za
You can get a cheap hosting package for about R30pm.

Their entry level hosting should be fine for you - R9pm. And then you get a free domain.

In my opinion your best bet would be to go with Cybersmart. They have a free option where you only pay for the domain:

I'm busy setting up a website to help people pick a host. It's still a work in progress and currently there are no affiliate links. There will be in the future though. Eh, just for a little bit of extra money.
