Hi Everyone
Need advice. I volunteer at a non profit, one of the things I am doing is to take over their IT costs, this includes their domain.
We have redone their web site (it was really awful) and want to move them onto better email cloud infrastructure.
Sadly, I have been trying for over 2 weeks to do a domain transfer, however the current registrant is ignoring the transfer requests. Attempts to reach out to them via phone / email has been met with 1 work answers.
There is no reason for them to refuse the request as all payments are up to date.
Anyone have any advice before I proceed down the arbitration route and pay the R10,000 fee?
