Donations could cost BEE points

Ag you cant put a good person down.Whites and competent people of all races should only do business with Whites and competent people of all races and pay as little tax as possible.These fools in government are only fooling themselves.The solution is quite simple:dont give to charity if this is what the guvamont is saying
 
As far as I could remember, your company could donate, provide proof of donations and get additional BEE points in return for donations, and not only for tax purposes.

This is totally ridiculous. This is why I will never apply for BEE status, I will not deal with BEE companies if not needed.

My online business generates income via Paypal. I offer services to the international community and generate income from them. I don't care about BEE and all that sh**. I will rather prefer to pay taxes to the US and just give myself a R60000 salary and report that to SARS each year - keeping my money abroad.

I think we need to continue giving to charity and at the same time challenge this. I'm tired of taking these legislations in the ass.

Personally, if this came into effect - I won't give a cent anymore.
 
Racism is alive and well in the 'new' South Africa, thanks to the ANC government reminding us all of our races and our places in society on a daily basis.
 
One has to be really stupid and idiotic not realizing that the BEE system has been implemented for only the following reasons:

* Enriching even more the minority black elite.
* Oppressing any other race who wants to start a business in SA en limiting the growth.

In future more of these type of ridiculous things can be expected in regards to BEE.
 
this is without a doubt the stupidest thing i've read today ... how can they do this to what
i would think is more than 80% of the charities out there ... btw how many 100% black charities
do you know of?
