This is just a friendly warning fo the pc version, I really found it to be a horrible port, the menus have not yet to be changed, all the menus are still set as if it were on xbox, the graphics haven't even tried being optimized the slightest, just an extremely bad port I found, but it does run smooth I guess, but not worth the buy until patches get released.

I was planning on buying this game upon release till I found out that the game would be capped at 30 FPS (console fps max) and no graphics/texture upgrades for PC. I don't buy trash ports, if your going to do it then do it properly or just don't bother.
Next thing they'll say after this is "omg PC owners don't buy games, look at Dark Souls" ... meanwhile it's a POS port not worth buying.

The game has got some sort of a vsync type fps cap. A lot of people are permanently stuck on 15fps. It jumps from 15fps to 30fps.

Agreed, don't buy for pc, was looking forward to it, totally sucks for pc! :erm:

The actual gameplay is great but the controls for PC is terrible. They didn't even change the key indicators on the screen. It always tells you to press A or B etc. and these keys don't work most of the time even if you use the correctly mapped keys.
This would be my perfect game if they can optimize it and improve the controls for the PC. Kind of reminds me of the Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time, N64 game. Only with a darker art style and a lot more difficult. The 15fps lock is a problem too. Got to wait for a fix.

aaah!! was looking forward to this game
this game would have worked if they didnt think about money first (console cash in ! ) and customers later.
this game WOULD have been the epic gaming experience i was looking for in an rpg...

SO bought this for me this weekend... a little disappointed to say the least... anyone know if they will patch it?
They left it at 30 fps (console) with no improvement to the graphics at all (unless you install a 3rd party texture pack I believe), made 0 effort to improve the controls for PC users ........ you honestly think they'll bother patching any time soon?

If I could get 30fps I would consider playing it even with the crappy controls. I'm stuck on 15fps though.
