hope mxit reads this again. if you bought TI usage, i am pretty sure it is for the month you bought it in. i haven't used that facility so can't be 100% sure
 
Hey Mr H - do you have a reminder still set for the disconnects?

I neglected to disconnect and all accounts seem to reflect the correct usage?
 
No reminder set but we have a similar problem with telkom ADSL bandwidth manager so I continue to disconnect every month.;)

Some did not and they started December already capped.:eek:

It all depends on how much you've downloaded during the last session of the month as to whether or not you'll notice "missing" bandwidth.
