Don't want to sleep

Spend a few weeks in the bush and you'll find you can barely stay awake after 8pm.

You're not the only one. I only get into bed between 12 and 12.30 at night, although I do fall asleep pretty quickly. I get up every morning at 7.15 and I feel like %#@!

I did some research into it though, and my energy levels tend to peak really late at night, while I am basically a dead weight early in the mornings, which sucks with my current work as I only work mornings :/

Before I used to work part-time in the evenings and my day looked something like this:

Wake up about 12.00 pm
Do things I need to do/chill till 16.00
Leave for work at 16.00
Get back home from work at about 22.30/23.00
Relax till 12.00 am
Draw from 12.00 am to about 4-5 am.

Man, I was poor as hell but I was never tired!

Hmmm.. thought it was just me...

Are any of you really happy with the work you are doing during the day? I find that i tend to drag the evening out as long as i can, because it delays the inevitability that is of course waking up and going to work just for that few minutes.

Also that being said i have quite a lot of things that i do and fitting them all in is not so easy, so i guess sleep is the one thing i have given up on for now...

But hey, we shall sleep when we are dead right? ;)

Shame man. Try to find some sort of joy in what you're doing OR start looking for something else.

I sleep about 4 hours per night... For as long as I can remember.

Try Biral - it helps me for a sound deep sleep.
