Sorry guys just had an extremely heavy load these past few days so couldn't reply earlier :(

Now for really bad news:

I got this picture over MSN (i.e. I never 'saw' Brian personally) which was sent to me by not by Brian but someone who's associated with him. Now this was around 2 months ago yet I now remember now my PC was reformatted because of something or other.

Now you'll now think I'm another Brian ( :( ) but I'll try my damn hardest to get the picture out of him. (i.e. that's the good news)

Again sorry I let you guys down :( but I don't often reformat my PC so that's why I forgot.

All this name-calling & talk is silly. I say ban the MF like the other forums have done and send the boytjies round.

My cousin had a case like this at varsity and the boyz just broke into his dorm room and helped themselves. It wasn't theft because they left a lien note saying they would keep the goods as part settlement.

Person: We know where you live. ;-) He! He!

Nothing yet. No emails with proof of payment... no card... not a peep. Man, when I'm mobile again... the **** is going to hit the fan bigtime...

ROFLLLL!!!!! I have just read this from start to finish, Well Almost ;-) I really have no idea how a company can be run like it has been? If all is correct, I really think that these guys should be banned and legal action taken asap! As for Brians view of "always being right" well thats just laughable as well, seriously!

OML Person can (or may) reply, offering Freebies, when someone jokes re his support! but not to to people he owes? . What a lonely or maybe? low life! Reply with resolves of sorting the mess you created PERSON!! And the cesspit of fools abound, ...... believing Person after all this! those freebies will cost you more money and personal stress than worth a momentary thought, as you will always think "I got a freebie from Person, aka Dot.nothing, who could not even supply what he sold! What was his real intentions, what did he want, My trust? and then after some delicate softening, My hard earned cash as a Freebie in return"". Naah! not even worth the personal strife! Let him keep his empty promises and "goodwill"? gestures. Its like I was a small kid and my estranged Father would make promises of presents I yet today have to receive! At least he bought me a, 3 cents worth, coke soda to drink once! for free! No! I would at least not like to be saddled by a sad "Persons" burden in life yet again! The experience will forever haunt You, as for when you look at that freebie, knowing You got it at the expense of someone else's hard earned cash! No Thanks! Person! you may shove your freebie! (drying up tears, sniff)

PS @ Disabled. Glad the other promise of Person aka Brian got fulfilled. Maybe not by him! but at least a worthy human being. This must have made him feel so proud, Person I mean, as now the kiddies have what they wanted and needed. Now You will here the boasting of what I would have, could have , may have ...... even thoughts of should have? from the promisees of the saga, only to glad now they do not really have to deliver anymore. That Alienware quad system could have been the ideal memento in life for that poor kids! Hehe, just kidding on behalf and for Person as those empty promises abound, will never be filled!

Brian, there comes a time every young boys life when it is becomes apparent to him that now would be a good time to grow up. This is such a moment for you. You have your whole life ahead of you and if you think that this issue will just go away you are sorely mistaken. This is a pretty large forum with members from all walks of life, we will always remember what you have done, probably at the most inopportune moment such your next job interview. Yes we are everywhere. And yes, Dotcomputers is most definitely out of business now.
The best any man can aspire to is to gain the respect of his peers, currently your quotient lies deep sixed here in cyberspace. More impressive than your 3000 employees, grander even than your Boston offices, and certainly way more valuable than any Beemer you might have, would be an apology to the affected parties for the cavalier way in which you treated them. Of course it takes a real man to come out and say sorry, I screwed up, this how I will fix it and I will make sure nothing like this ever happens again. This is your chance to become that man. Do this now and you may even gain shred of self respect and dignity. Certainly with time we forumites might even come to forgive your behaviour. Not too late for fresh start young man.

Off his dot computer forums:
Brian:
"As to the MYADSL forum, i have been advised not to respond and the lawyers "keeping tabs" on the comments."

HEY Guy's (To Brians Lawyers), After reading this, did you make sure you were paid in advance or are you so sure that Brian will keep his promises of "payment", hope for you own sake You really have at least 90% deposit as else you are wasting your time here. Anyway, nice getting paid to watch a real life Soap opera drama unfold!. Now if I were you maybe you should consider "floor crossing" as an option? We would surely need You high powered (student?) lawyers against the vicious threats and false promises of Brian! Must say, I am sure Brian have at least some Lawyers in his direct employ, considering the 3000 employees he pays monthly! Yet he cannot for all the world:
-Give someone the R1500.00 case her ordered, paid for, never received, got refunded for, due to MyAdsl forumite pressures? Then got promised as freebie and the guy is still in waiting!
-The "Birthday" Graphics card that was ordered, Paid for, never received, got lost? Another brand was offered and after some "delays" was supplied, was offered for free as present for Birthday and trouble! but never refunded, there was a R1000.00 refund promised for Whatever reason also still not refunded, the original free promise was lost, the card failed, a repair exchange was promised, the card was not collected, money is still owed and card is still fried
-@Disabled, poor kids were promised an ""see what I can do" and received only a burden of expectation! The Ooh Ah's of the other forumites was in vain and as a direct result supported Brian who got some support, orders and payments while the poor kids and the customers only got empty promises!

So Mr Boston Lawyer, sue My pants off, cut my balls, but first make sure You have your payment secured and get the facts right! What you read here is as free as the empty promises and as factual as the public Internet domain life, If that gives You a strong case then there is money to be made here, Also first study the South African laws as Yours means as much here as Brian's word and Your threats as received from Brian is as Empty and in vain as his promises!

Thanks a lot, was nice talking to You. We do not always get the chance to speak with true Americans, even if it was through Your personal spokesman, You client Brian, but at least keep it cool and keep the threats coming, at least that is what you American are good at! Not?

Thanks for the show Brian, You excelled in Yourself. Pitty you did not enroll in the Pop Idols as I would really love to see you act on stage in true life and let Smurf get hold of You! Maybe You could have even make it! LOL. Just do not get ideas now there! being a Pop Idol much more work than selling PC hardware for a living but at least the flair for acting big and flying high could be of benefit to you, do not know how you sing but going on your ability to convince people and your belief system in yourself will compensate as maybe the idols would not care much as on stage you will tell them how good You can be and you how you will show them the next time round! or then again maybe you can be your own Idol!
