Mhh, I actually meant that as a joke :D but I see I didn't put my smileys in :(

Important stuff for you to read:

This post is interesting. And for the next time you want to fake a VAT number, this one.

This
post is pretty good as well. You should pay attention to it.

pupa sums it up nicely.

We know you were online because of this.

I'm actually bored of this now so I'm going to stop. I've sent this via PM, email and posted it to your forums as well. Feel free to respond to me via PM, MSN, email or anything :)

Look forward to hearing from you Person.

Now he's acting as if he hasn't even read the thread, pathetic.

Ok well here goes :)

Brian has actually replied in several places. Once here, once here and once in the summary thread.

I'm willing to take details and summarise it all onto a thread/website if people want. If you do, PM me with the details.

Here's the transcript from email:

Off his dot computer forums:
Brian:
"As to the MYADSL forum, i have been advised not to respond and the lawyers "keeping tabs" on the comments."

Yeah right, he's paying his lawyers to read forums. They're probably smiling, thinking what a dumbass their client is, paying them for doing sweet fckall.

We can say whatever the fck we want here, so good luck to them. Can anyone find any case of someone even trying to sue someone for what they said on an internet forum?

Threatening to do so is just so pathetic and a sign of real insecurity.

Well the closest I heard was at my X company someone posted a picture of the bosses face with horns on it on a website. All that was asked was to have it removed. I hardly doubt you can ask to remove something if it's true. I mean the picture you can understand but this I don't think so.

He should get his SA representative offices in JHB and Cape Town to deal with it.

I've actually asked for that repeatedly... *shrug* Guess the other people are too busy... -_-

So now he claims he's refunded TheYak as well?

What about all the other people on the other forums?

He has?! I don't see proof of payment in my inbox...

Well that's what he said here

remember that site some guy from the UK made of the oke that sold him a faulty laptop which didn't have half the specs he claimed?
