If the website has been down and he has been away for 1 month, how has he generated any sales during this time. Has anybody bought any thing from DOT during this past month. Ignore it is my advice

I wonder how he caused person a loss with the site being down. And he only warned future buyers about persons dodgy company.

Another thing how can it take person 8 weeks+ to deliver a case or refund on it when it takes him 1day to get his lawyers into action ? Is this where he is always too "busy" fighting off customers that want to take him to court ?

Sad thing is this kiddie is gonne give good south african online shops a hard knock if this gets into the media, then a lot of uninformed people will not buy from good online stores like kalahari or take2 .

I thnk Persons supplier should sue him for chasing possible clients away with bad business practices. He's indirectly costing them money as well.
