Dota 2

Had some fun games this weekend, however, I now know valve hates me.

Opened 8 of those new bloom parcels and only got infusers. All of my sets are already infused. Tx valve.

Yes. Lifestealer goes with the hero always. Blinks, Nature's TP, TP scrolls etc..
 
Got a Golden OD courier yesterday night from treasure, so compendium was money well spent
 
@Mango ...yes, should be good to go. Looking forward to it.

And tested the Lifestealer bomb with Spectre and NP, works fine. TBH I played him a few games now, with good success, but I skip ulti till around level 11 or so, E + Q works so well I max it out first, and if you have a lane partner that can abuse the slow (or add to it : Viper) It makes for good killing potential early game.
Maybe a question for the pro's.....in the late game, on LS, do you go for Mjolnir build (attack speed) or MKB (Or Basher?)
Personally I find MKB the best. Needless to say when going against PA or WindRanger then MKB (PA certainly seems flavor of the pub month)

Also, has anybody actually gotten anything but an effigy in CM's spinning wheel? Me, my friends and kids all got effigies :(

Depends on who you are up against.

My new lifestealer build is a lot of fun, I rush rads, jump into an ancient and rek the other team. I normally have a 10 - 12 min radiance with LS at that stage of the game no carry on the other team can take on an ancient while taking rads damage.

But to answer your specific question, always go bash into abyssal, MUCH better than Mjolinir and for attack speed I much prefer AC.

Have gotten 3 sets and a couple effigies, very sad! Stopped 1 short of an arcana though!

Lifestealer works pretty well with Huskar and Storm Spirit as well. Any hero that can close distance rapidly really. With Huskar and Storm it is their ultimates that allow for closing that distance.

Huskar is great because he is so strong early game that Lifestealer can ride Huskar's coattails on those early kills that Huskar is so good at landing which gives LS a big boost really early.

If you're going to do this troll build do yourself a favour and have an Alch on the team, Darkseer and a Pudge. Have the LS rush a rads, get the Alch to farm up an aghs for the LS. Then get Pudge to rot, have LS eat Pudge, Infest the Ancient Golem and get Darkseer to put Ion shell on it. I felt like I needed a shower the first time I saw it.

Yea I know but Havox is likely unaware of it and if you're going to do the troll LS build with a 5 stack may as well go full filthy lol. Way too much fun. :D

Even better to get some sort of decent healing support as well to keep that golem alive just to add to the dirty feeling :D

Quick question, I assume by rushing Radius you jungle form the start and skip armlet?

And you don't need Agh's to infest an Ancient do you?

Can't heal the ancient. It is spell immune :/

I muuuuch prefer a safelane LS, jungling is so 5 versions ago :p also the farm is a million times better in lane.

Nope aghs is to eat another hero. At level 6 you can infest an ancient, no aghs required.

I got a set but cant remember which one think it was a drow or WK set, but no effigies as of yet though
 
Well, I reached Winter Chest level 10 last night, got a set, then finished the first Bloom quest, got a set, and then reached level 11, spun the wheel and got another set.

So guess can't complain anymore. Pity I don't really play any of the heroes...(Vengeful, Bounty and Spirit Breaker)

Jungling isn't as rewarding as it used to be. As Deadman suggested stick to safelaning LS.

With a Huskar and a poor opposition team composition to deal with the LS (lots of tanky heroes for example) you might be able to keep up if you're in the jungle and rotate in each time Huskar's ult is up to kill but that is asking a lot. Jungle nerfs, Volvo fix.
