The guy playing Nature's Prophet was braindead though. As you say he kept trying to backdoor but he simply didn't have the damage to pull it off.

Dead was so pumped by the end of that game he wished he had 8 slots to fit all his items into.

I'd like to be able to make that same claim but I played the first Dota and that was around 10 years ago and I didn't bother to learn that crazy freak's spell combinations back then.

My younger brother played Invoker in Dota1. He looked pretty similar to how he does now. They used the Blood elf mage from Frozen Throne as the model.

The matches was very short for me, it was as if VG just gave up after losing the second game. I remember in TI3, the guys gg'ed only after the ancient was being attacked in the last match, best out of 5. This match 4 was over so quick, but then again they were so outplayed by Newbee that it could almost make sense to give up quickly, as there was just no stopping Newbee once they started taking control of the game. Just a pity it was two Chinese teams, would have loved to see a Western team vs a Chinese team.

Thats because Dota 2 cant legally use the names from dota 1, in dota 1 he was called Kael.

Ye TI4 finals was a snore fest, the drafts was just so uninspiring,bland and for the most part, not countered by VG. I reckon they both just picked the heroes they played best regardless if it will work against enemy heroes.

Glad it's all finally over, now I can go back to watching series instead of dota matches

Guys, no more Rosh when they push for towers. Of the games I played yesterday we only really lost one. And the other one we threw away when their no-mid stategy lowered our guard. I was really under the impression that we were winning right until we lost the mid rax.

Thats because Dota 2 cant legally use the names from dota 1, in dota 1 he was called Kael.

In Dota 1 they all had names and description. Like Gondar the Bounty Hunter. Now we just have the description.

Kael was still called the Invoker even in Dota 1 though as you say the name Kael I think belongs to Blizzard because it came out of Warcraft3. I think that is why they can't use the Skeleton King either because Leoric probably also belongs to Blizzard (he is from Diablo).

Go to clan match I think. Or just find match like all the other clans do, and then when you win, make sure you're a vindictive little **** by telling them how easy it was etc.

Or go ranked.
