Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I understand and read, techies will be released this weekend in the new patch?
 
Not sure who all watched the Alliance vs Navi matches last night, but wow, that second game was amazing!

I now have a completely new appreciation for the use of force staffs.

With regards to Techies, he is supposedly being released this week. He is already fully playable in the Test client, probably just bug fixing before he is in the main client.
 
Why? He's probably one of the easiest heroes the play against. If you mean hate him because someone on your team picked him then I can see why.

Oh golly, that's a good one. Techies being OP, snap son you got me. I almost thought you were serious.

Starts with lowest damage in game (29-31), spells cost a **** ton of mana, 2 of them deal composite damage, slow as **** (270 MS), 3 of his spells, including his ultimate, are countered by true sight. I don't see how he is OP.

Enigma with any high damage hero is "OP" if he gets a five man black hole. It isn't exclusive to Techies.

Not only that, everybody runs away from him when he throws smoke. They don't understand that you will take a lot less damage if you just manfight him, even if you are a squishy support.
 
I would have preferred Arc Warden over Techies, hopefully that will be the next hero on their list :D

This is true, but I've found that when you die you still get a wtf from teamies.

If you are in his smoke you have upto 70% chance to miss attacks and your attacks are slowed, dont be stupid.
