I doubt that very much, the hero with the highest winrate currently is abaddon on 56.77%, with only 4 others above the 55% mark :p

Should work - but timing will be an issue methinks. What about necronomicon (SP)? Surely lvl 3 necro will give you true sight and damage the techies if they are bombed?
 
Are there no hero changes in this patch :eek: as for techies i dotn know what the big deal about him is sure hes a little annoying early game but mid to late game he becomes absolutley useless i played agaisnt him last night i think he killed me twice the whole game late game he couldnt do anything... as for the op riki discussion riki is one of the least OP heroes in the game and has so many counters that absolutely smash him why do you think he is never picked in pro scene meta.

Razor(even though i love this hero)
Viper
Void
TideHunter
Lycan

pretty much all your traditional T1 bans

edit Nyx reflection doesnt work on mines which i think is stupid
 
Blademail does not work on mines (changed from test client), so don't even bother.

As for winrate, a 37-42% winrate is really low, even more so for a hero that just came out. When Centaur Warrunner came out with his stupidly powerful ultimate (lower CD, stuns for 1,2,3 secs instead of slow) he had a winrate of 60+%. If Techies was truly OP he would also achieve this ridiculous winrate at the start.

That doesn't mean Techies can't work in the right line up, as with any other hero. But this misconception that he is powerful is mostly coming from lower skilled players that blindly walk into mine spots. Against competent players, he is trash.

I agree but that was my thought since dota 2 dont get me wrong he is a fun little hero to play though but OP not a chance is he even close to OP new meta though blink status trap :D

I don't think you understand the real problem here. It's not about techies being OP or anything. It's the fact that in every game someone who has no clue on how to play him will pick him, and if that guy is on your team you are pretty much ****ed. I played 3 games this morning, and whichever team techies was on, lost. Most of the time, unless the guy who picked him knows what he's doing, you will be playing 4v5.

Will be sticking to captains mode for the next few months.
 
Does anyone else's All hero challenge work ? i played and won with slark but it still says he is my current challenge ?

I got 8/3 with techies last night.
 
can i maybe get admin rights to the ts?

we had 2 tonsils come in earlier and annoying everyone

There are plenty of TS servers that allow you to create temporary channels with passwords. We use them all the time.

I'm just giving you an easy solution to your problem. Why wait for admin rights if you can just jump server to one that allows custom channels with passwords?
