IConnect Fibre Latency Bad Ping with Dota 2

Hi guys. I seem to having trouble with my ping from about 4 days ago. I'm currently on iConnect Fibre and live in JHB. Its weird because when I trace route all the servers (SA), I get between 3ms and 27ms ping. Except the JHB server where I get 170ms ping (this is the server that I think matchmaking mainly occurs on). Here are the trace routes:

I have the exact same problem! i live in Ferndale (bryanfern) i have IConnect Fibre, and the last 2 weeks i suddenly have 179ms ping instead of the usual 3ms.

I also mailed them now, and asked to sort out the problem, i hope they sort it out soon, because this is definitely a deal breaker if it is not fixed.
 
Anyone of you guys having problems with dota after a game and you wana search again it says that "A party member is currently in a game and cant search (something in that line) but im out of the game, I restarted dota Multiple times and if i search same thing....

I'm surprised at how one sided the games have been today.

There are some really good teams getting squashed.
