Double billing

Just wondering why I am been billed twice in same month.

Was billed on the 2nd for R1099 and now on the 17th for R900?

Not happy at all.
 
WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me too!!!!!! I just got billed another R469 and now I have no money until ***** pay day!!!!!!! I was billed on 2 September R469!!!!!! I-Burst, Shaun, Jannie you all better explain yourselves NOW!!!!!! I want a refund today and compensation!!!!!!! How dare you guys do this, your billing system can not be this scr*wed!!!!!!!!

This is the final straw, if I wasn't in a contract I would cancel today and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to buy I-Burst if this is not sorted out!!!!!
 
Hehe, so ibust have not sorted out the atrocity that is their billing system yet.

Go check Hello Peter, almost all of the complaints against ibust is for billing screw ups.

How to destroy your company image and become the laughing stock of the IT community...

Shaun, I have e-mailed my details to your direct e-mail address, is this the best route or should I do something else because I want this sorted right now!
 
This kind of customer experience is a joke, I have been with I-Burst 2 months and now I regret my decision to ever go with you, I feel ripped off and taken for a ride, I already got double billed, can never check my cap online properly, had a run in with the useless call center, what you call "technical support", have been prematurely throttled..... I-Burst needs to catch a wake up because word travels fast!!!!
 
I think it is time that iBurst allows us to pay by EFT. This company cannot be trusted with a debit order system.
 
Shaun I still have not received a call from anyone as you said I would and I am running out of patience! I need my refund because I need this money to last me until pay day next week Friday!
 
You have a few options to get your money back:

1. Try the Shaun route - and be patient for a few days
2. See an attorney and start legal proceedings - the legal bill will most probably exceed anything iBurst owes you
3. Go the criminal route (theft, fraud) and spend a few hours at the local cop shop with an incompetent junior police officer who insists he has to write the complaint in english, and has not mastered the basics of the language. (done this in the good old times when one could pitch at the cop shop with a document in hand in your mother tongue - with success. Insurers prefered to rectify in less than a day - which they could not do in more than 3 months with lots of telephone calls) Doubt if it would work nowadays.

For now option 1 seems to be the best whether you like it or not - iBurst is most probably totally overloaded with complaints.
 
Or I can just go to the small claims court for the priniple of the matter and go to the media for reputation damage. I will await for the head of customer services to contact me in the meantime though!
 
Hmmmmm, iBurst double billing and reports this morning on 702 stating that they are in dire financial straits......

Are they maintaining their liquidity by pulling a Tshwane Municipality move......? :D:D:D
 
I agree and I do expect my refund within 24 hours and compensation next month.
 
The 250 MB they want to give as compensation was ok when it was just the cap issues with the upgrade, this compensation will not cut it when I just got double billed before pay day!
 
Well, wait for it..... I spoke to Sonette Louw, Iburst's Financial Manager who not only failed to apologise to me at all, she was patronizing and was cutting me off, a cllient in financial distress. I don't thin Iburst as a company cares about their clients. This is disgusting service.... If I wasn't in a contract I would seriously tell 'em to get lost!

The sad thing is that ibust have been screwing up their billing for YEARS now.

They implement a new system and YET AGAIN they screw up.

I'm double billed from February 2009. Once from my current account and once from my credit card.

Spoke with don't know how many times.

Went to Iburst shop don't know how many times.

They said they don't have my credit card details on system. So they don't know where they are charging me

Luckily it is just my back up, so small package so not much money

If somebody here can help me
