Double deduction for this month

My debit order for April went off on the 7th and I just got an sms from my bank notifying me of another Iburst payment. Has anyone else had this problem this month?

Just when my faith in Iburst was restored, another problem cropped up - one that I will not tolerate, as I don't have extra cash waiting for Iburst to grab. And we all know from past experience that Iburst Accounts Division stands next in line to HelpDesk for poor customer service.:mad:

1st they lost 4gigs of my data allocation and now double debit run :mad:
 
The company's in trouble, so they run double debits? :p
 
I'm so sick of iPoop. I didn't have a double debit order, but iPoop decided that I should be debited on the 17th (today) instead of their usual end of the month. This REALLY ANNOYS ME, as I always prefer to pay my account myself on the 23rd specifically to avoid a debit order coming off my account. What gives them the right to debit a customer's account whenever the hell they please.

AND ME TOO, USELESS B@STARDS!!!!! This is the 3rd time this happened to me in less than a year, I can't f'n stand this company anymore, I am taking them to court finally to be released from my contract. They are not able to provide me with the level of service agreed and that I am paying for. Ronald, I want a refund immediatley, with service fee charged and compensation like last time. Otherwise, the sh*t will really hit the fan!
 
You know what else is interesting.... I just noticed that my actual 1st bill and monthly bill is R465 but the double bill today was for R464.99 which then proves to me that this amount was manually overwritten by human input. So I am convinced that 1000s or 100s of I-Burst members get double billed when I-Burst is paying off their debts and need the quick buck and interest on the accumulated amount before they refund these clients. I am tempted to open a criminal/corruption case against I-Burst.
 
i cancelled my debit order months ago and i have been paying manualy. my acount is no in arrears, and i requested they remove all my banking detail from the acount.
and now they have debited my acount this is illegal, i pm you ronald, but i want this money back in my acount today!
 
This is a disgrace, I also want all my money back in my account TODAY + service fees and compensation!

Also had additional debits from my account this month - first R 492.00 on the 7th and then R 1038.00 yesterday. Was told they relate to out of bundle charges but no usage reports ever received - problems with their report server. Of course bandwidth monitor on the website still not working. If they are unable to accurately monitor and supply proof of usage then these deducutions are completely random and surely illegal? Times are tough and the money they took was earmarked for urgent car repairs - I want this money back!!

Cant they make like WebAfrica that actually confirm via email a week or two in advance that THIS AMOUNT "on your invoice sent my email" will be taken from your account.
 
All I know is that this is illegal, disgraceful and happened too many times now for this be left alone!
 
Sent you a pm... called the einstones from the billing department and they said that everything is fine. wtf... my bank statements tell me otherwise... i was promised they would sort this out within 72 hours and get back to me... its already been a week.
