When is the double line promotion with Vumatel going to end? Does anyone have any information.

Was supposed to be end of this month but looks like it's been extended to the end of July.

wow end of July would be sweet lol. i do not want to go back to 100/100 lol 200/200 is nice.

more speed. More speed=faster downloads. Should be fairly obvious.

I know that... just that in normal browsing - the difference is negligible at best; in streaming - no real impact unless you have a stack of devices all streaming at 4k at once. To your point then why settle for 200 if you can get 500 or 1K? Was just asking in terms of real-world impact

200 i found is the sweet spot for my needs. 100 is okay too.....

Personally when I have an hour or two to game; having CoD finish a 50gb download quickly is worth the extra bucks.

Uploading and downloading from work servers as well

This is what most people don't seem to get though. Having the fastest speed does not mean downloading the whole internet or having 20 people on the line it is the difference between waiting 20min and 3 hours for an update or download to complete.

You just want to come home and relax and game boom 20GB update. Fast line = no problem just a few minutes. 10Mbps = probably not gaming tonight.

A 20 or 50Mbps line is more than enough to do day to day things like game and stream at the same time but it's the time it takes for updates or downloads to complete that makes it worth it to have a fast line.

Is this internal communication from them? Have seen nothing online and kinda need to know if i need to upgrade to 50 at the end of the month :P

Exactly. It is a fairly obvious point people seem to miss. I do not game every day because of work but the time that i need to game, i do not want to wait years before apex legends finishes a 10gb update. If i am getting only a 10 meg fibre line... It is basically the same as getting a "stable" adsl lol.

Any word from Vox [I called support earlier this week and they indicated nothing was confirmed and officially the upgrade would end at end f June]?

Suggested I speak to Sales (who do not work on weekends):(. When asked how long it would take to bump me back up if the upgrade was withdrawn, it was 72 hours:oops:!

WHen i spoke to VOX they said the promo will be dependant on vuma and if vuma continues with it then they will continue as usual. That was yesterday. I also have one of their rep on whatsap and she is reliable. She has been giving me accurate infor thus far.
